- REFUND POLICY
- If the customer is not happy about the product, please contact us and we will issue a refund for orders within 30 days of purchase
- In case a product arrives damaged or with a broken seal, we will issue an exchange or a refund if notified within the 30 days of purchase.
- RETURN POLICY
In case customer would like to return the product these are the following steps:
- The item must be unused and sealed closed as brand new.
- Return request should be initiated within 30 days of the purchase
- Contact email@example.com with the title “Return Request”
- Our customer service will reach out to you in order to help the process move forward.
- Restocking Fee
All returned products will be subject of restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. In case you paid for the shipping and handling of the product, we will not be able to refund that amount.
